Brevo
We use Brevo to manage newsletter subscriptions and send marketing emails.
When you subscribe to Letters from Riya Invites, your email address is provided to Brevo so that your subscription can be managed and the newsletter can be delivered.
Our website does not deliberately send your IP address, browser information, page URL or the newsletter form's anti-spam field to Brevo as part of the subscription request.
Brevo may process or store subscriber information outside Malaysia in accordance with its own infrastructure and applicable data-processing arrangements.
Security and abuse prevention
We use reasonable technical measures intended to protect our website and its features against misuse.
The newsletter signup currently uses an anti-spam field and temporary IP-based rate limiting. An IP address used for this rate limiting is held temporarily in server memory and is not deliberately sent to Brevo as part of the newsletter subscription.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Riya Invites does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioural advertising tools or third-party analytics tools in the website application.
We may use technical functionality necessary to operate or secure the website or its hosting infrastructure. If we introduce analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and introduce appropriate consent controls where required.
Links to other websites
The Riya Invites website contains links to other websites and services, including wedding venues and other resources.
When you follow a link to another website, that website will process information according to its own privacy practices. Riya Invites is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.
Our Wedding Planner is also accessed through a separate Riya Invites website and may involve additional information and services. Relevant privacy information for the planner should be provided in connection with that service.
